They told me they will not refund my money until I send this genuine diamond ring (HA!)back to them and pay the postage. I have been going back and forth on emails with them. I have sent them multiple request to either send me what I ordered or send me my money back. Looks like a ring you get out of a bubble gum machine. The box had an adjustable fake Diamond ring in it ,it is fake I had it looked at by a jeweler. Towards the beginning of April, I received a package I opened it and there was a small green box with a GRA Moissanite Ring Brochure with the box. How are we supposed to get our money back? Such a scam. A couple of weeks ago I rec'd a small mailer with an adjustable ring that looks like it came from a bubble gum machine.
